Mr. S.H. Rana established Divya Estate Management, a Real Estate Consultation Firm, as the CEO and Managing Director in 2001.

Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Divya Estate Management is one of the pioneers in industrial real estate consultation in Gujarat. The company harbors more than 20 years of Experience, 450 Industrial clients, and three branches located at Ahmedabad, Vadodara, and Gandhidham. Feeding his hunger for knowledge, Mr. S.H. Rana strived to absorb as much knowledge as conceivable.

Forced to quit his education because of financial issues, Mr. S.H. Rana found a new fire within him, one that would aid other less fortunate individuals with education being held back due to financial problems in the future. His commitment to making his dream come true fueled his passion, successfully aiding him to grasp the position of director for the Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and Nagpur regions of WWI (Wholesale Warehousing Industries), a leading American Multi Level Marketing (MLM) firm of the late 1990s. He further showed off his talents with Maxworth (another leading MLM company in India) as the director. He furthuer added to his experiences trading in Stock Market and Agro Products.

At Present, Mr. S.H. Rana also holds the position of director of Indias leading PEB company Akurai PEB LLP. With a vision of expanding Divya Estate Management pan India. Mr. S.H. Rana also aids in facilitating educational support to underprivileged students by financially helping them in need of higher education.

A core pillar of the company, Mr. Pravin Parmar, the Chief Marketing Officer, continues to assist and has done so for over a decade with his vast expertise in industrial and commercial real estate.

As the CMO of the company, he has developed considerable knowledge of working with international and local investors in new markets enabling him to gain a firm understanding of how to source, structure, and advise on complex deals. With experience working in a market research company for half a decade prior to Divya Estate Management, Mr. Pravin is also a keen observer and well-versed in reading the market, assisting him take decisive decisions that continue to bare fruit for the company.

As the HR Manager Mr. Dinesh Rana oversees planning & operations concerning industrial & commercial real estate and project management.

He has experience in corporate and development sectors in varied positions, with over a decade of experience in corporate training, education, real estate, project management, and project design & implementation.

He obtained his bachelors degree in English Literature & Phonetics from St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad, a Masters degree in Social Work from the College of Social Work Nirmala Niketan – Mumbai, PGD in HR & Admin from Tata Institute of Social Science – Mumbai, and training courses in Startupindia Learning Program, Project Management.

A bridge connecting the company to creativity, Mr. Kris Pereira carries the role of Chief Creative Officer,overlooking and implementing new and creative ways to spread the company message. He is a published poet with a degree in English literature and phonetics from the honorary institute of St. Xavier's College Autonums, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He also has experience in photography and digital marketing, saturating every aspect of his creativity for the metamorphosis of the company.

He also possesses an innate hunger for knowledge, and is constantly on the lookout to learn what the world has to offer, be it Science, Astronomy, Engineering, Theology, Politics, History, and IT.

Rajan Koshti is a highly accomplished professional in the role of researching, with a strong academic background, holding an M.Com degree, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. As the Chief Research Officer, he excels in conducting in-depth research, utilizing his analytical skills to uncover valuable insights for research purposes expanding the horizon of the company.

With his past experience in one of the leading ecommerce business. His exceptional skills include a combination of hard and smart work, and a genuine passion for his field. He ensures that the organization stays at the forefront of industry advancements, enabling informed decision-making and driving strategic growth. Alongside his serious demeanor to work, Mr. Rajan is also an avid lover of badminton and enjoys indulging in it regularly.

Rajan Koshti is like the perfect Chief Research Officer. He’s super smart academically, has loads of experience in the industry, and is full of energy for life. He’s really good at his job and helps the company keep on winning.

As the Manager of Industrial & Logistic Services, Mr. Uday Bharda manages the southern part of Gujarat with his copious expertise in planning, managing and implementation of various programs. He has a diverse experience from Human Resources in corporate, and operational manager at several development sector, honing and polishing his skills.

He has completed his under graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad and post- graduation degree in Master of Human Resource Management, alongside a well-versed research paper on Training and Development- as part of study in Master Degree. An interesting fact about Mr. Uday is, his love for football and him being a state level player in his prime.

Rahil Kumar is a valued member of the Administrator department, contributing with his organized approach and innovative mindset. Beyond his professional role, Rahil has a keen interest in green energy and is actively exploring ways to revolutionize the e- vehicle ecosystem through app-based solutions. His vision aligns seamlessly with forward-thinking initiatives.
